1. Service Description
ResearchPilot is a research direction evaluation tool that helps medical researchers assess and compare multiple research directions for novelty, feasibility, and potential risks through AI technology. This service provides decision support and does not replace professional judgment.
2. Account Registration and Use
You need to register an account to use the service. You are responsible for protecting your account security and are liable for all activities under your account. Sharing accounts or engaging in any activities that may harm the service is prohibited.
3. Service Usage Restrictions
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activities. Attempting to hack, interfere with, or disrupt the normal operation of the service is prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
ResearchPilot services and all content (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software) are protected by intellectual property laws. Research evaluation results you generate belong to you, but you grant us the right to use this data to improve services.
5. Paid Services
Some services require payment. All fees are non-refundable once paid, unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to adjust prices, but this will not affect services you have already purchased.
6. Service Availability
We strive to ensure continuous service availability but do not guarantee that the service will not be interrupted, delayed, or contain errors. We may suspend the service for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons without prior notice.
7. Disclaimer
Research evaluation results provided by ResearchPilot are for research reference only and do not constitute clinical advice, medical diagnosis, or final medical decisions. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of this service.
8. Service Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in illegal activities, or abuse the service. You may also delete your account and stop using the service at any time.
