How is research data protected?
Inputs are used only for the current assessment and are not used to train public models. Session data and outputs are private to your account.
Can it be used for clinical decisions?
No. ResearchPilot is a research decision support tool and does not replace clinical judgment or ethics review.
What is the literature coverage?
We query PubMed and other public sources for relevance signals. Outputs are evidence cues, not exhaustive reviews.
Do you support report export and compliance materials?
ResearchPilot is built for early feasibility assessment and direction screening. Reports help you structure the research logic, check novelty and catch design pitfalls, and every user can generate and export them (Word) — no Pro needed. Use them as a reference when writing a grant application, not as the application itself.
Do you offer institutional licenses?

Which AI models power the analysis?
ResearchPilot's evaluations, statistical plans and reports are generated by large language models from OpenAI (GPT family) and Google (Gemini family), accessed through their official APIs. Which of these providers handles a request depends on how the service is configured and may change. Data sent through these APIs is not used to train the providers' models.
